Event Setup & Teardown

Help set up booths, signage, and decorations before the festival opens and break things down afterward.

Activity Booths & Kids Zone

Assist with kids activities, face painting, crafts, and the art exhibition throughout the day.

Procession Parade Support

Help line up participants, guide the route, and keep the procession parade running smoothly.

Vendor & Guest Check-in

Welcome vendors and guests, help with check-in, wayfinding, and answering visitor questions.

Information / Welcome Table

Be a friendly face at our welcome table, sharing festival info, maps, and schedules with attendees.

Questions About Volunteering

Do I need experience to volunteer?
No experience necessary! We welcome first-time volunteers and will match you with a role that fits your comfort level.
Can I volunteer if I am under 18?
Yes — volunteers under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian co-registering or providing written consent.
What should I bring?
Comfortable shoes, water, and sun protection. Specific role details and check-in instructions will be emailed before the festival.
